Lasso — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lasso website at joinlasso.co and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Ganeden Inc., a corporation based in Ontario, Canada ("Lasso," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Lasso is — and is not

Lasso is a discovery, comparison, and information service for live music and live sports events. We help you find events, compare prices across third-party sources, track demand and price signals, set price alerts, and coordinate with friends.

Lasso does not sell tickets and is not a ticket marketplace, broker, or reseller. We do not process payments, hold inventory, fulfill orders, or guarantee the availability, validity, or price of any ticket. When you choose to buy, we direct you to a third-party ticket marketplace, and any purchase is a transaction solely between you and that marketplace, governed by their terms and policies.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may sign in using email or a third-party provider such as Google. Your use of third-party sign-in is also subject to that provider's terms.

3. Pricing and event information — accuracy disclaimer

Event details, availability, demand signals, and prices shown on Lasso are aggregated from third-party sources and APIs (including Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and TicketSqueeze) and from inventory data that changes constantly.

This information is provided for comparison and convenience only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date. Prices and availability on the destination marketplace may differ from what Lasso displays. Demand signals (such as "Selling Fast" or "Lots Left") and price-trend charts are estimates based on available data, not guarantees. Always confirm the final price, fees, seat location, and terms on the marketplace before purchasing. Lasso is not responsible for any difference between information shown here and the marketplace.

4. Price alerts and notifications

If you set a price alert, we will make reasonable efforts to email you when our data indicates the price has reached your target. Alerts are best-effort and not guaranteed — they depend on third-party data accuracy and timing, and an alert is not an offer to sell at that price. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts, or for prices that change before you complete a purchase.

5. Affiliate links and disclosure

Lasso participates in affiliate programs. Some outbound links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not determine which events or sellers we surface. See our Privacy Policy for more on how click data is handled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or copy data, content, or listings from the Service except as expressly permitted;
Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
Post or transmit content in groups or messages that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, infringing, or harmful;
Use the Service to send spam or impersonate any person or entity;
Use automated means to create accounts or set alerts at scale.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as group messages or stated interest in an event). By submitting content, you grant Lasso a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to share it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including the Lasso name, logo, design, text, and software — is owned by Ganeden Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Event names, team names, artist names, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party services

The Service links to and relies on third-party websites and services, including ticket marketplaces and affiliate networks. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, prices, policies, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF EVENT DATA, PRICES, OR ALERTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LASSO AND GANEDEN INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY TICKET PURCHASE MADE THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ganeden Inc. and Lasso from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
